Thank You 2018

On behalf of our team at Tails Never Fails I would like to extend our very best wishes to you our TNF community on the eve of 2019. We trust that you have had a fulfilling 2018 and that you are super excited for all that 2019 holds.

We at TNF have many great people involved in our growing business that have had a huge 2018. At the cold face are our amazing and dedicated sales and operations team, Brendan, Sean and Emily here in Australia. These guys have been monumental in creating a successful start to the 2018/19 season in all that they do each and every day. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that the apparel and merchandise customers have been over serviced and had all delivered in a timely manner.

Our business would be a shadow of itself if it wasn’t for the amazing skills of our chief designer Jack who has done a mountain of work for us this year. His readiness to disrupt the status quo with challenging designs and branding has enabled our clients and brand to have a new, exciting and cutting edge feel to it. Along with our manufacturers based in India, China and here in Australia we are very lucky and grateful to have such long lasting relationships with these guys to develop and manufacture our apparel and merchandise for our customers and Ambassadors to use with great confidence.

Through much encouragement and now demand we see our evolution take the next step, the UK. We are extremely excited to have Will on in the UK now and look forward to the relationships that are being created to be fruitful for all involved. Apparel, merchandise and of course our beautifully designed and manufactured cricket products are now made available in the mother country.

To our brand Ambassadors we thank you sincerely for taking our product to the greater parts of this country and across the World as you demonstrate your skills with our products week in week out. Especially, at this time of year we get to share in the excitement of seeing our product on television and in the media hitting runs all over. We appreciate your loyalty and willingness to work with us throughout 2018 in difficult and some challenging times, but knowing that you are on our side has always enabled us to have hope and continue to build our brand. We have a HUGE 2019 in store with you guys, male and female, experienced and developing.

To you the clubs, associations, schools and customers we thank you for your ongoing relationships, engagement, feedback and ultimately doing business with us. We endeavoured to be a business that would under promise and over deliver in 2018/19 and we believe we have taken an enormous step to achieve this. To date we have dealt with over 75 cricket clubs, associations and schools that have taken up the opportunity to have our online shopping experience to enable their business of apparel and merchandise to be easier. It has been a great success. We have over 40, 000 followers throughout a social mediums which is growing by the minute as we roll out our business on the other side of the World. We had 330,000 views of the online store by cricketers out there, just extraordinary. And most importantly we are not taking any of this for granted, we appreciate it all greatly.

We as a business are very lucky to have great support of family and friends who give us much confidence in what we are doing each day. We thank you all as you are our sounding boards; our rocks; our punching bags (at times!); but most importantly you are the people we love and trust and we are very grateful for your ongoing and endearing support.

So, on the eve of 2019, we would like to say one BIG thank you to you all in the Tails Never Fails community. Whether you be a club, cricketer, school and/or association we wish you all the very best for the year ahead and what it entails. We will continue to go from strength to strength and develop greater processes, innovative products and greater service to ensure that you all have the best experience when dealing with TNF. In 2019 here and abroad we will GET iT DONE!

Happy New Year everyone,

Michael Sheedy
